The Johnstone-Sare Building

Years from now, the opening of the fully restored the Johnstone-Sare Building, following near complete destruction after two devastating fires, will be remembered as the start of the glorious second chapter in the life of the historic Johnstone Building (May Brothers). Thanks to Centennial Restoration, LLC, the Johnstone-Sare Building has risen from the ashes to resume its role at the heart of our city. The Building is located only steps away from major employers, including ConocoPhillips, Phillips 66, amongst many others; financial offices, including Arvest Regional Headquarters; cultural amenities, including Rogers State University, history museums, art galleries and Bartlesville’s famous Frank LLoyd Wright’s only skyscraper, The Price Tower Arts Center; unique local retail offerings; and a wide variety of restaurants and nightlife.

Now you too can become part of Bartlesville history by leasing space in the Johnstone-Sare Building.
